Aurora Capital-backed GenServe completed the acquisition of Power and Energy Services.

Aurora Capital-backed GenServe, a provider of backup power solutions for commercial, industrial and critical infrastructure applications, completed the acquisition of Power and Energy Services, a provider of generator maintenance, repairs, rentals, engineering, and equipment solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed.
