Verdis completed the acquisition of Hämeen Kuljetuspisteen and the waste trucks packing waste business of Stena Recycling.

Verdis, a Nordic platform for municipal and industrial waste collection, completed the acquisition of Hämeen Kuljetuspisteen, a Finnish logistics and waste management company, and the waste trucks packing waste business of Stena Recycling, a European waste management and environmental services company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "At Stena Recycling, we offer the entire chain of recycling services, from everyday waste management and sorting for companies to the processing of recycled materials into high-quality recycled raw materials for the manufacturing industry. We continue to focus on our key functions, namely corporate waste management and materials recycling," Timo Jussila, Stena Recycling Production Director.
