Tower Capital-backed WWRC completed the acquisitions of Farben Technique and KC Chemicals.

Tower Capital-backed WWRC, a company which specializes in chemical distribution, completed the acquisitions of Farben Technique, a manufacturer specializing in pigment and chemical-dispersion products and KC Chemicals, a distributor focused on the life sciences sector. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This acquisition will give WWRC immediate access to a whole suite of technical solutions, including proprietary technologies and custom formulation capabilities. We believe our customers will find significant value in the new suite of offerings and solutions, allowing us to provide a one-stop service for them. Farben’s technical know-how, culture and focus on innovation, make it an excellent fit for our platform,” Teoh Weng Chai, WWRC CEO.
