InterVest to acquire the operating assets and business of Flagship Credit Acceptance.

InterVest Capital Partners, a New York-based specialty finance firm, agreed to acquire the operating assets and business operations of Flagship Credit Acceptance, an auto-finance provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The team at Flagship is excited to partner with InterVest to help facilitate Flagship’s continued growth. There is a great opportunity ahead to grow our originations, while adding value to our dealer network,” Bob Hurzeler, Flagship Credit Acceptance CEO.
