Abac Capital-backed Recalvi Parts completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Iberoturbo and Grupo Bomboleo.

Abac Capital-backed Recalvi Parts, a wholesaler and distributor automotive supplies, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Iberoturbo and Grupo Bomboleo, two auto parts distributors. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The incorporation of Bomboleo and Iberoturbo to Grupo Recalvi is a significant milestone for the company with its entry into Portugal. This alliance is part of the company's strategic roadmap and will provide the group with greater scale, operational synergies and a stronger competitive position in the Iberian market," José María Rodríguez, Recalvi Founder.
