Marsh Italy, a company that provides insurance brokerage, risk management, and employee benefits advisory services, agreed to acquire Jointly il Welfare Condiviso, an Italian company that develops and delivers corporate wellbeing and workforce support solutions via a digital platform. Financial terms were not disclosed.
