Truelink Capital completed the acquisition of SouthernCarlson from Kyocera.

Truelink Capital, a Los Angeles based private equity firm, completed the acquisition of SouthernCarlson, a distributor of brands in construction and packaging machines, tools and supplies, from Kyocera, a Japanese multinational ceramics and electronics manufacturer. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are honored to complete this transaction with Kyocera and are enthusiastic to partner with SouthernCarlson's management team and back their growth plan," Todd Golditch, Truelink Capital Co-Founder and Managing Partner.
