Bertelsmann India Investments, a sector agnostic venture capital fund, led a INR1.3bn Series B round in Wealthy, an Indian AI-enabled platform for mutual fund distributors, with participation from Alphawave and Shepherd's Hill group. The funds will primarily be invested in scaling up the technology platform and expanding its physical presence in newer cities across the country. The company will also invest in training and capacity building for wealth managers on its platform.
