Brightwood Capital Advisors completed the acquisition of two private credit funds from Capital Dynamics.

Brightwood Capital Advisors, a private credit firm with more than $6bn in assets under management, completed the acquisition of two private credit funds from Capital Dynamics, an independent global asset management firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We’re delighted to conclude this process by partnering with Brightwood on this transaction.
