Premier ProduceOne completed the acquisition of Native Maine Produce & Specialty Foods from RLJ Equity Partners.

Premier ProduceOne, a Florida-based distributor with deep roots in produce sourcing and service, completed the acquisition of Native Maine Produce & Specialty Foods, a wholesale distributor, from RLJ Equity Partners, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed.
