RSK Group to acquire Octavius Infrastructure from Sullivan Street Partners.

RSK Group, a provider of delivery of environmental and engineering solutions, agreed to acquire Octavius Infrastructure, a civil engineering and electrification transport infrastructure business, from Sullivan Street Partners, an investment firm.
