Agile Robots, a provider of AI-powered robotic solutions, agreed to acquire the automation engineering business unit from thyssenkrupp, an industrial engineering and steel production company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Now is the right time to combine AI, robotics, and industrial expertise. Physical AI offers enormous productivity leaps to industrial producers.
