Courizon Partners completed the acquisition of Air Burners.

Courizon Partners, a private equity firm specializing in North American middle market industrial and consumer businesses, completed the acquisition of Air Burners, a manufacturer of air curtain burner systems used for on-site disposal of wood and vegetative waste. Financial terms were not disclosed. “It is an honor to lead Air Burners at this pivotal moment when there is accelerating demand for its products across multiple end-markets.
