Generali Česká pojišťovna to acquire DAS právní ochrana from ERGO.

Generali Česká pojišťovna, an insurance company providing life and non-life coverage, agreed to acquire DAS právní ochrana, a provider of legal protection insurance and consultancy services, from ERGO. Financial terms were not disclosed. "DAS is a top legal protection expert in our market. We look forward to expanding our team, product and service portfolio thanks to their high level of expertise and professionalism - and, above all, to our shared journey.
