Naver Financial to acquire Dunamu for $10.3bn.

Naver Financial, a financial services company, agreed to acquire Dunamu, a provider of fintech and blockchain services, $10.3bn. The decision was reached in order for Naver Financial to secure new future growth engines based on digital assets.
