Brexia Med, the primary holding company and operational vehicle for CareHub, a healthcare group, completed the acquisition of a 70% stake in Fisiomedical, a network of three multi-specialist outpatient centers. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The recent Moscardi, Diagnostica Moderna, and Fisiomedical acquisitions enable CareHub to further strengthen its presence in central Italy, and to consolidate development of a network of healthcare facilities rooted in this area and capable of offering people excellent diagnostics services," Gianluca Santoro and Alessandro Bartucci, Brexia Med Directors.
