Warburg Pincus to acquire Raptor Technologies from Thoma Bravo.

Warburg Pincus, a private equity firm, agreed to acquire Raptor Technologies, a company that provides integrated safety software and services for schools, from Thoma Bravo, a private equity firm that invests in application and infrastructure software and technology-enabled services sectors.
