Warburg Pincus to acquire Raptor Technologies from Thoma Bravo.

Synopsis

Warburg Pincus, a private equity firm, agreed to acquire Raptor Technologies, a company that provides integrated safety software and services for schools, from Thoma Bravo, a private equity firm that invests in application and infrastructure software and technology-enabled services sectors. Financial terms are not disclosed. “Thoma Bravo’s expertise and support have been instrumental in Raptor’s global growth and evolution into the leader in school safety solutions. Their strategic guidance helped us scale our business, innovate our platform, and drive meaningful results for the schools and districts we serve.
