Lloyds Development Capital, a mid-market private equity firm, completed the acquisition of a minority stake in Aspire Technology Solutions, an IT managed service and cybersecurity provider that specializes in cybersecurity, cloud solutions, connectivity, managed services, and unified communications, for £200m.
