Axcel to acquire Bekk Consulting from Tieto for NOK1.7bn.

Axcel, a private equity firm, agreed to acquire Bekk Consulting, a technology and management consultancy company, from Tieto, a software and digital engineering services company, for NOK1.7bn. “We are delighted to have reached this agreement with Axcel.
