DevCo-backed Vexve to acquire BROEN from Aalberts.

DevCo-backed Vexve, a manufacturer of mission-critical valve solutions for the district energy and building automation sectors, agreed to acquire BROEN, a manufacturer of valve technologies for district energy, gas, marine, and building installations, from Aalberts, a global engineering company specializing in mission-critical technologies. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Joining forces with BROEN marks an important step in our growth journey.
