Koinos Capital, a private equity and venture capital investment firm, completed the acquisition of Dynamicom Education, a company specializing in cardio-metabolic and musculoskeletal training, Formedica, a company specializing in rheumatology training, and Meeting Planner a company primarily active in training in assisted reproductive technology, gynecology and pediatrics. Financial terms were not disclosed.
