Management of Gunvor Group to acquire Gunvor Group from Torbjörn Törnqvist.

Management of Gunvor Group, agreed to acquire Gunvor Group, an independent energy and commodities trading company, from Torbjörn Törnqvist. Financial terms are not disclosed. “The time is right for this transition.
