Paragon Care to acquire Haju Medical for $46m.

Paragon Care, a healthcare wholesaler and distributor, agreed to acquire Haju Medical, a provider of medical aesthetic services, for $46m. "Haju is a well-run business and is highly complementary to ParagonCare's existing aesthetics business. We are excited to welcome Haju Medical to the team," Carmen Riley, Paragon Care CEO.
