Synopsis
Leonardo Hotels, a hotel group and operator, completed the acquisition of the hotels in Nuremberg, Freiburg, Magdeburg, and Erfurt from IntercityHotels, a brand of modern, mid-range city hotels. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The acquisition of these four hotels marks a major milestone in our growth strategy,” Yoram Biton, Leonardo Hotels Managing Director.
