Baylin Technologies to acquire Kaelus for $42m.

Baylin Technologies, a diversified global wireless technology company, agreed to acquire Kaelus, a manufacturer in test and measurement instruments, for $42m. “Kaelus is expected to add globally respected RF capabilities, strong profitability, and a deep customer base that will complement Baylin’s strengths. Together we anticipate offering one of the most complete RF portfolios in the market, with significant opportunities for organic growth, cross-selling, and margin expansion," Leighton Carroll, Baylin Technologies CEO.
