EasyJet to acquire Adria Tehnika from Hartenberg Holding.

EasyJet, a European low‑cost airline, agreed to acquire Adria Tehnika, an aircraft maintenance, repair and overhaul provider based in Ljubljana, from Hartenberg Holding, a Prague‑based investment firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We have been working with Adria Tehnika for almost a decade, and we are pleased that the team will now be joining the easyJet group. To date, we have entrusted them with more than 200 major maintenance tasks, and the quality and expertise of their team have convinced us that Adria Tehnika is the right partner for our long-term strategy of bringing more maintenance in-house,” Brendan McConnellogue, EasyJet Director of Engineering & Maintenance.
