Chequers Capital and Fremman Capital to acquire Bertin Technologies for €210m.

Chequers Capital, a mid-market private equity firm, and Fremman Capital, an independent pan-European private equity firm, agreed to acquire Bertin Technologies, a company that provides technological solutions, for €210m. “This planned change of shareholders is a major event that allows us, first and foremost, to reflect on the progress made with the outgoing shareholders.
