Inovar Packaging Group completed the acquisition of Enterprise Marking Products.

Inovar Packaging Group, a provider of label printing and packaging solutions, completed the acquisition of Enterprise Marking Products, a company specializing in flexographic label printing. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The addition of Enterprise Marking Products expands our flexographic platform, deepens our presence in the Midwest, and strengthens our ability to deliver high-performance labeling solutions across multiple end markets.
