Groupe Touchette-backed Fastco completed the acquisition of ENVY Wheels.

Groupe Touchette-backed Fastco, a manufacturer and distributor of alloy and steel wheels, as well as accessories, completed the acquisition of ENVY Wheels, a Canadian aftermarket wheel brand known for stylish alloy and steel wheels. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are thrilled to welcome the ENVY wheel brand into the Groupe Touchette/Fastco family.
