Captivision to acquire Montana Tunnels Mining from Montana Goldfields for $750m.

Captivision, a company specializing in architectural media glass and LED products, agreed to acquire Montana Tunnels Mining, a gold mining operator, from Montana Goldfields, a mining company, for $750m. “We are thrilled to join forces with the Montana Goldfields team through this acquisition," Gary Garrabrant, Captivision Chairman and CEO.
