EnergyHub to acquire Grid Services demand response business from Resideo Technologies.

EnergyHub, a provider of grid-edge flexibility solutions, agreed to acquire Grid Services demand response business from Resideo Technologies, a global manufacturer, developer, and distributor of technology-driven sensing and controls products and solutions for residential end-markets.
