Evervest, an investment company, and Grosvenor, an international organisation whose activities span urban property, completed the acquisition of a housing portfolio of Selmer Group, a property company, for DKK500m. " The acquisition marks an important first step for komvi as a new housing platform and is fully in line with our investment strategy.
