Visma completed the acquisition of WeFact from Main Capital Partners.

Visma, a provider of mission-critical business software, completed the acquisition of WeFact, a Dutch SaaS company that provides invoicing and pre-accounting software, from Main Capital Partners, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We look back on a highly successful partnership with the WeFact team. Through close partnership, we helped scale the organization, accelerate its strong growth trajectory, and further solidify its position as a leading pre-accounting solution for SMEs in the Benelux. This transaction marks the first exit from our Main Foundation I fund and clearly demonstrates the effectiveness of our strategy for high-growth software companies.
