SD Worx, a European human resources and payroll solutions provider, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Labour Consulting, a payroll and labour consultancy company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Labour Consulting has an attractive portfolio of customers in the Emilia-Romagna region, an area with strong growth potential. We look forward to starting working together with these customers, and to further strengthen our presence across Italy. The combination of local sales presence and a dedicated HR team will support increased market share, service revenues, and strategic business growth," Kobe Verdonck, SD Worx CEO.
