Qualus completed the acquisition of Aquawolf subsidiary of Mammoth Energy.

Qualus, a US-based power engineering and technical services firm, completed the acquisition of Aquawolf transmission and distribution engineering subsidiary of Mammoth Energy, an energy services company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This addition expands and deepens Qualus’ services in critical areas of grid modernization, resiliency, and hardening. We have been working closely with the team prior to the acquisition and have strong cultural alignment," Greg Herasymuik, Qualus President and CEO.
