Quadrivio, an alternative investment firm, completed the acquisition of MDM Consulting, an Italian digital solutions provider focusing on AI‑driven systems integration and consulting. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The acquisition of Pipeline, One4, and MDM Consulting marks the first step in creating a leading player in the system integration and AI-driven digital solutions sector. We strongly believe in this project and, through an M&A strategy, are working to create an industry-leading group, aiming to reach €100m in revenue within the next three years. This first transaction is in line with the fund's mission, which invests in high-tech, AI-specialized SMEs, transforming them into national and European champions," Alessandro Binello, Quadrivio CEO.
