Cerity Partners, a wealth management firm, led a $37.6m Series C funding round in Nasdaq Private Market, a provider of liquidity and investment opportunities for private companies and shareholders, with participation from Optiver, Nasdaq, DRW Venture Capital and HiJoJo Partners. “Private markets are undergoing a structural shift as companies stay private longer and liquidity needs become more frequent, more common at earlier stages and increasingly complex.
