Prosus to acquire a 5.98% stake in Rapido.

Prosus, a company that focuses on investment in internet, digital media, e-commerce retailing, and technology companies, agreed to acquire a 5.98% stake in Rapido, a private limited company in the transportation/mobility sector. Financial terms are not disclosed.
