NTT DATA Business Solutions to acquire SPRO IT Solutions.

NTT DATA Business Solutions, an IT service provider focused on SAP, agreed to acquire SPRO IT Solutions, a SAP provider in the agribusiness industry in Brazil. Financial terms are not disclosed.
