Micro-Precision Technologies completed the acquisition of Stellar Manufacturing.

Micro-Precision Technologies, a supplier of hybrid integrated circuits, multichip modules, high precision thick film and PCB substrates, completed the acquisition of Stellar Manufacturing, a provider of printed circuit board assemblies. Financial terms were not disclosed.
