Hims & Hers Health to acquire YourBio Health.

Hims & Hers Health, a health and wellness platform, agreed to acquire YourBio Health, a Boston-based company specializing in capillary whole blood sampling technology. Financial terms are not disclosed. “The next generation of health innovation will be built on proprietary technologies that make wellness simpler, more comfortable, and more human.
