Eagle Merchant Partners completed an investment in Atlantic Pipe Services.

Eagle Merchant Partners, a private equity firm, completed an investment in Atlantic Pipe Services, a provider of inspection, cleaning and rehabilitation services for stormwater and wastewater infrastructure. Financial terms were not disclosed.
