Bravo Capital Partners-backed Siwis completed the acquisition of Drilling Solutions.

Bravo Capital Partners-backed Siwis, a company providing rehabilitation and installation of water, energy, and industrial pipelines, completed the acquisition of Drilling Solutions, a company providing Trenchless Technology (no-dig) services. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The entry of Drilling Solutions into our group is a decisive step toward our goal of becoming the Italian leader in innovative water and energy infrastructure maintenance," Mauro Vacchini, Bravo Invest Managing Partner.
