Ambienta-backed Inovara, a lighting company that unites several LED lighting brands, completed the acquisition of IBL Lighting, a UK‑based company that develops and supplies LED engine technology and architectural lighting solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. “IBL’s technical platform, impressive growth, and global reputation will substantially strengthen our offering in the architectural sector and expand our international footprint.
