Aerotec Europe Holding, a company specializing in aircraft maintenance, repair, and cabin interior services, completed the acquisition of Mindtree Aerospace Repairing and Maintenance Aircraft, a company focused on aircraft interior components manufacturing, refurbishment, and cabin-related MRO services. Financial terms were not disclosed.
