Ardagh completed the acquisition of Copal.

Ardagh, a global supplier of sustainable, infinitely recyclable, metal and glass packaging, completed the acquisition of Copal, a French tolling joint venture that manufactures aluminum slugs from Ball Corporation, a producer of glass jars, lids, and related products used for home canning and Rexam, which makes packaging for many of the world’s favourite brands. Financial terms were not disclosed.
