VOSKER, a mobile security company, completed the acquisition of Defendec, a global provider of remote premise surveillance technology, from Tera Ventures, an international investment firm, Ubiquitous Ventures, a private limited company, and Sentosa Capital, a fund management company. Financial terms were not disclosed.
