Wind Point completed the acquisition of Enviromatic Systems from Audax.

Wind Point, an American private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Enviromatic Systems, a building automation system software and controls contractor, from Audax, an investment firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “A number of our team-members co-invested alongside Audax, and throughout the investment, this alignment instilled a shared sense of purpose. We are excited to carry forward this sense of partnership as Enviromatic enters its next phase of growth with the team at Wind Point.”
