Nelipak completed the acquisition of Merrill’s Packaging.

Nelipak, a global provider of healthcare packaging solutions, completed the acquisition of Merrill’s Packaging, a company specializing in custom thermoformed packaging solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are excited to welcome the Merrill’s Packaging team to the Nelipak family.
